EJ Liao is the Founder, CEO, and System Architect of Edges AI Systems, where he leads the architecture and development of DECS, the company's deterministic software platform for safety-critical Edge AI — a deterministic secure boot loader, a Type-1 static-partitioning hypervisor, and a real-time runtime.

With more than four decades of experience in semiconductor, embedded software, firmware, and safety-critical systems, EJ has led work spanning silicon bring-up, operating systems, virtualization, real-time firmware, AI-enabled embedded platforms, and cloud-connected products, across aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, medical technology, consumer electronics, and data-center systems. His prior engineering and technical leadership experience includes Broadcom, Western Digital, Microsoft, Meta, and Lynx Software Technologies.

At Edges AI Systems, he focuses on deterministic execution, secure virtualization, functional safety, and closed-loop Edge AI architectures that help customers develop next-generation medical, industrial, automotive, and aerospace systems.

Terri Chen leads business operations, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and program execution at Edges AI Systems. She works closely with engineering teams and customers to turn advanced platform technologies into production-ready solutions.

She oversees operational planning, project delivery, partner relationships, and corporate development, helping DECS-based solutions move efficiently from architecture and prototyping through commercial deployment.
